Paragon Living sets a new benchmark for luxury rental properties in the UK, offering an unparalleled combination of cutting-edge design, world-class amenities, and exceptional service. Project Overview

We partnered with Paragon Living in 2022 to help redefine modern city living. As a leading name in luxury urban rentals in the Midlands, they needed a brand identity that reflected their premium reputation. We delivered a comprehensive rebrand, including a redesigned logo and visual identity, crafting a refined and contemporary aesthetic that embodies the sophistication and exclusivity of the Paragon Living experience.

We developed a suite of visual assets as part of Paragon Living’s wider rebrand, reinforcing their refreshed identity across large-scale applications. This included designing and producing striking billboards, hoardings, and other printed materials for advertising campaigns. These pieces seamlessly combined the brand’s modern aesthetic, ensuring Paragon Living’s identity resonated powerfully in every medium.

In tandem with the rebrand, we designed and developed a new website that embodies the same luxury and modernity as the properties themselves. By focusing on clean layouts, elegant typography, and rich visual elements, the website now serves as a seamless extension of the brand. It was crafted to not only showcase the extraordinary features of Paragon Living’s developments but also provide an effortless user experience for prospective residents.

The result is a cohesive brand and digital presence that elevates Paragon Living, making it instantly recognisable and more competitive in the luxury property market.
